Coach Dave here...THIS FRIDAY is the “100 MILE SWIM!”  Would love to have 100% attendance! The kids will swim as many laps as they can during practice. We will count all those laps and the challenge is for the team to combine for a total of 100 miles in one…

You may have noticed SOME of your swimmers came home with their Personalized CAPS yesterday.  The caps arrived mid practice, which was a wonderful surprise.

We will have them at practice today today for those that were not able to get.
