Practice Policies
All swimmers should arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of practice, be "swim ready" and by the stair section of the pool five minutes before practice begins for attendance and lane assignments.
Attendance is encouraged but NOT MANDATORY. You do NOT need to alert the coaches if you are not able to attend a practice.
Parents are not required to stay at practices, but if you choose to stay you are not permitted to interfere with practice. Parents should not approach any swimmers or coaches during practice unless there is an emergency. You can address the coaches during the brief breaks between groups or after practice should you have any questions or concerns (or by email).
Swimmers signed the Code of Conduct form and this is strictly enforced during practices.
